PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article of clothing having a cup part capable of enhancing plasticity of the side of a bust.SOLUTION: A brassiere 1 according to one embodiment comprises: a cup part 10; a base part 12; a back part 14; a cup scooping part 20 extending along the under side part of the cup part 10 at a boundary between the cup part 10 and base part 12; and a side pressing part 40 which is positioned at the under part of the side of the cup part 10 on the back side of the cup part 10, has non-elasticity or difficulty in expansion and contraction, and presses the side of a bust. The side pressing part 40 overlaps with the side portion of the cup scooping part 20 on the back side of the cup scooping part 20, is supported by either of the under side of the side portion of the cup part 10, the side of the under side portion of the cup part 10, the side portion of the base part 12, and the side of the under side portion of the base part, and is substantially not supported at portions except the supported portion. |
