摘要 <p>[Problem] To allow for speeding up the transmission response of the input unit of a predetermined controlled apparatus without increase of the rate of transmission clocks, while performing data transmission by use of a transmission synchronization method using electric wires as common data signal lines and also using one type of start signals, and to allow for using slave stations, which have the same specification, for transmission of high-speed data and transmission of low-speed data. [Solution] A predetermined particular time duration in that former or latter half of each period of the transmission clock during which a predetermined power supply voltage level is not reached is used as a data signal area. A slave station having a first cycle counter superimposes, as a first monitor signal, a current signal, which has a predetermined intensity, on the data signal area. A slave station having a second cycle counter, which has, as the maximum count value thereof, a number smaller than the count value of the first cycle counter, superimposes, as a second monitor signal, a current signal, which has a predetermined intensity different from the intensity of the first monitor signal, on the data signal area.</p>
