<p>The present invention relates to a plate-type module structure for connecting and extending a support layer, which exchanges gas ions by using an ion-conductive separation film and is formed from a dense-structure electronic-conductive material, or a unit short circuit separation film for selectively passing a gas through an electron exchange reaction by the film. The present invention has the advantage of: obtaining remarkable chemical and mechanical durability by using a fluorite-based ion-conductive film which is stable at high temperatures, specifically, within a CO2 and H2O atmosphere; and manufacturing a pure gas at a low cost since gas can be passed by using an internal circuit without applying a voltage from the outside. In addition, the present invention enables a compact separation film module for manufacturing a gas by stacking plate-type films to be easily formed, and the separation film module to be manufactured by using a tape casting method, and thereby simplifying a manufacturing process.</p> |
