<p>An implementation method and system for virtual network (VN) management, which relate to the field of communications. The method comprises: a VN service development and management functional entity determining a VN parameter according to a VN deployment demand; the VN service development and management functional entity acquiring information about an available network resource, if the available network resource satisfies the VN deployment demand, determining a mapping relationship from a VN to a physical network resource, and determining a physical network device and a computer system which are required to be configured; the VN service development and management functional entity sending a configuration management command to the network device and the computer system; and the physical network device and the computer system executing the configuration management command, and returning information about an execution result to the VN service development and management functional entity. Also disclosed is a virtual network management system. The technical solution of the present application can support the high-efficiency service provision of a cloud computing provider, and provides a universal VN auto-configuration solution.</p> |
