The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing grease under reduced pressure and, more specifically, to an apparatus for preparing special-purpose grease under reduced pressure, the apparatus being characterized in that reaction time may be reduced and a plow-shaped fan and a comb-shaped gap are provided to enhance stirring efficiency. The present invention provides an apparatus for preparing a small amount of special-purpose grease or grease additives, the apparatus comprising: a container (82) having a stirrer in an inner accommodation part thereof, and a reactor (80) having a hollow portion; input ports (20, 21) through which raw materials and additives may be introduced to the container (82); a rotary motor (10) for rotating the stirrer of the container (82); a lift (40) for moving a housing of the motor (10) up and down; a heater (81) for controlling a temperature of the container (82); a water pump (30) for supplying cool water to the hollow portion of the reactor (80); a vacuum pump (50) for controlling a vacuum pressure of the container (82); a control unit (60) for controlling the above-mentioned components. Since the reactor has a water bath structure and preparation is performed under a reduced pressure, the present invention has effects in that discoloration and spoiling caused by deterioration may be reduced, smell may be less generated when preparing grease additives, grease, and recycled waste lubricant oil, and furthermore stirring efficiency is enhanced through a plow-shaped fan (90), a vertical plate (14), and comb-shaped gaps (19, 91) of the plow-shaped fan (90). |
