<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel unit, a liquid delivery head, and a liquid delivery device capable of stabilizing a flow rate of liquid delivered regardless of an elapsed time in which a product is used.SOLUTION: A channel unit includes: a pressure generating element; and a liquid channel for delivering liquid by pressure change caused by driving of the pressure generating element. In addition, an inner side wall of the liquid channel included in the channel unit is formed of a material that makes a cross sectional area of the liquid channel larger due to erosion by the liquid as time elapses. Further, the pressure generating element has driving capability according to change of the cross sectional area of the liquid channel.</p> |
