1. An information processing apparatus that uses a communication identifier in communication with a user terminal, comprising:
an information request reception unit to receive an information request transmitted from the user terminal; an instruction code generation unit to generate an instruction code of causing the user terminal to connect to another information processing apparatus for which a communication identifier shared with the communication identifier is to be used, and to receive the shared communication identifier from the other information processing apparatus; an information generation unit to generate information including the instruction code, as information that is transmitted to the user terminal in response to the information request; and an information transmission unit to transmit, to the user terminal, the shared communication identifier and the information including the instruction code as generated by the information generation unit.
