A butterfly-type needle assembly and a butterfly-type needle protective sleeve can provide better protection for a user. A needle tip protective head (21) of the butterfly-type protective sleeve (2) is a cylinder with a needle hole. An upper cap (22) and a lower cap (23) are respectively provided with a far end and a near end; the far ends of the upper cap (22) and the lower cap (23) are connected to the cylinder (21) through flexible hinges; the near end of the upper cap (22) is detachably connected with the near end of the lower cap (23) in a clamping manner; the upper cap (22) and the lower cap (23) can be allowed to move between an open state and a close state by the aid of the flexible hinges. A channel (24) for a handle portion moving axially is arranged between the upper cap (22) and the lower cap (23) in the close state. A clamping structure is formed between the upper cap (22) and the lower cap (23), and can match with the wing portions (13) of the butterfly-type needle (1) to enable the butterfly-type needle to be clamped in a using state or be locked in a retracted state. The butterfly-type needle (1) can be allowed to move axially to the retracted state under designed outer force by the aid of the clamping structure, and the needle hole of the needle tip protective head (21) is used for accommodating axial movement of the needle portion, and the needle tip of the needle portion in the retracted state is accommodated in the needle tip protective head and circumferential side corresponding to the needle tip is of a fully closed structure. |
