The present invention relates to a laminate and an element manufactured using same. The laminate comprises a polyimide-based resin between a carrier substrate and a flexible substrate and also comprises a debonding layer, the adhesion of which to the flexible substrate is varied by a physical stimulus, and thus allows the flexible substrate to be easily separated from the carrier substrate without conducting a laser radiation or light radiation process or the like, thereby allowing the easy manufacture of elements having a flexible substrate, such as a flexible display element. In addition, the laminate can inhibit reliability degradation or the occurrence of defects in an element caused by laser or light radiation or the like and thus allows the manufacture of elements having improved and highly reliable element properties.
