For the forementioned, the provided statistical analysis apparatus of building energy consumption information includes: a building profile management unit which analyzes characteristics of a building based on a building profile if energy consumption information of a specific building and the building profile are received; a benchmarking management unit which includes a database for storing benchmarking information of each building characteristic and searches benchmarking information from the database according to the characteristics of the building; and a demanding forecast management unit which generates energy consumption forecast information and energy saving measures based on the searched benchmarking information and the received energy consumption information and provides the energy consumption forecast information and the energy saving measures for a device of an energy consumer of the specific building.
