The present invention relates to an electronic product code information service (EPCIS) system and, more specifically, to an EPCIS access control system and a computer readable recording medium read by a computer in which data for realizing the EPCIS access control system is stored. The system comprises: an access allowance policy information management module to store access allowance policy information including an access allowance level for each client and a life cycle in a data storage by receiving the access allowance policy information from a manager. and to manage the stored access allowance policy information according to a manager command; an information search module to search the access allowance policy information stored in the data storage; a capture interface control module to load the access allowance policy information through the information search module and to generate a capture interface which is suitable for the life cycle defined in advance by referring to the loaded information; and an access effectiveness determination module to determine the access effectiveness by comparing the access allowance level for the corresponding client when the EPCIS event message is received through the generated capture interface and to selectively store EPCIS events according to the result.
