摘要 The present invention relates to a system to detect ground fault using voltage regulation and harmonic calculation, and comprises: a voltage measuring unit (100) to measure the voltage regulation and a potential difference between the rail and the ground based on the inputted voltages; a calculation unit (200) to determine the ground fault using harmonic analysis of the voltage, and the voltage regulation measured by the voltage measuring unit (100); a fault signal output unit (300) to output a fault signal when the ground fault is generated in accordance to the determination result of the calculation unit (200); a relay unit (400) operated after operation delay time set by the control of the calculation unit (200); a setting unit (500) to set the operation delay time of the relay unit (400), the potential difference to determine the ground fault, the voltage regulation, and the rate of the harmonic wave; and a communication control unit (600) to control transmission and reception between the potential values measured by the 64P relay of the relay unit (400) to detect a fault point when the ground fault is generated in accordance to the determination result of the calculation unit (200), to transmit a block command to the 64P relay having a second high potential value (Vmax2) and the highest potential value (Vmax1) by comparing the potential values received by each 64P relays to transmit an initial command to the other 64P relays.
