Disclosed are a power management circuit and a sensor node including the same. The power management circuit includes a charging unit which charges an input voltage, a comparing unit which compares the amplitudes of at least two reference voltages with a charging voltage charged in the charging unit and outputs a comparison result, and a logic circuit unit which controls the output of the charging voltage supplied to an internal circuit as power based on the comparison result of the comparing unit. The logic circuit unit includes a plurality of MOSFETs. According to the present invention, power consumption can be reduced by decreasing the number of devices formed on the power management circuit with hysteresis, and the size of the power management circuit can be reduced by integration.
