Provided is a CaZrO3-based oxygen ion conductor composition which is remarkably improved in electrical conductivity and mechanical stability and is used in a fuel cell, an oxygen sensor and an oxygen permeable membrane. The CaZrO3-based oxygen ion conductor composition is represented by Ca_(1-x) Zr_(1-y) M_y O3, wherein 0.01<=x<=0.10; y = x/2; and M of an additive is a divalent element. Preferably, the M is MgO. Also, CaZrO3-based oxygen ion conductor composition is represented by Ca_(1-x) Zr_(1-y) M_y O3, wherein 0.01<=x<=0.10; y = x; and M of an additive is a trivalent element. Preferably, the M is In2O3. |
