PURPOSE: A method for differentiating mouse or human skin-derived precursor cells(SKPs) into nervous system and mesenchymal cells and a composition for differentiation using the same are provided to treat injured nervous system and to enable cell replacement therapy. CONSTITUTION: A method for inducing differentiation of MSCs(mesenchymal stem cells) into chondrogenic cells comprises a step of culturing the MSCs in a medium containing TNF-beta[transforming growth factor-beta], ascorbic acid, and fetal bovine serum(FBS). The MSCs are derived from skin-derived precursor cells(SKPs). A composition for inducing differentiation of MSCs into chondrogenic cells contains TNF-beta, ascorbic acid, and FBS. |
