<p>The present invention provides a heat exchanger hammering device including a driving cylinder that is disposed to be pivotally connected in a vertical direction to a heat exchanger housing; a driving connection unit that is connected to an end portion of a driving cylinder rod in a state of being disposed to be vertically pivotable in the housing, pivots in response to a driving cylinder operation, and has a lock bar provided on one side; and a hammer unit that is disposed to be connected to be vertically pivotable to the housing in a state of being arranged at a position different from a driving connection unit rotation track, has a lock groove provided on one side, the lock groove being selectively locked to the lock bar of the driving connection unit which is push-pivoted upward in response to the driving cylinder operation, pivots in response to an upward pivoting of the lock bar and then pivots downward in a free fall state with the state of locking to the lock bar released, and hammers a hammering target part of the housing. In the heat exchanger hammering device, the driving cylinder and the hammer unit are disposed to be pivotable in the vertical direction in the heat exchanger housing and a driving force that is generated in the driving cylinder is transmitted to the hammer unit through the driving connection unit. In this case, the lock bar of the driving connection unit pivots the hammer unit upward only in a radius where the rotation track overlaps with that of the lock groove of the hammer unit. Then, the hammer unit pivots downward in the free fall state at a point of different rotation track while the hammering target part of the heat exchanger is hammered. In this manner, dust and various types of foreign matters are separated from the hammering target part. Accordingly, the hammering can be stable even in a high-temperature or dusty environment.</p> |
