PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine whether or not a reward point is to be added in response to a browsed electronic flier in an electronic flier delivery system which delivers electronic fliers.SOLUTION: An electronic flier delivery device is configured in such a manner that: the device stores a browsing history on electronic fliers by each user, the electronic fliers which are transmitted to a terminal in response to requests from a terminal by an operation of a user at a browsing request source and which are browsed in the terminal; when a transmitted electronic flier is a target for adding a browsing point, the device determines whether or not a browsing point is to be added to the user at the browsing request source, based on the browsing history; and if a browsing point addition determining unit determines to add the browsing point, the device updates a browsing point accumulation value of the user at the browsing request source. |
