PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation work flow creation support system capable of reducing the man-hours of flow creation.SOLUTION: An operation work flow creation support system includes: a related component extraction policy 17; a display part 14; an operation part 15; a component extraction function part 11 for retrieving the related component extraction policy 17 for each procedure of a standardized procedure manual for creating an operation work flow, and for extracting a component matching the procedure, and for allowing the display part to display the information of the extracted component on a GUI screen; a flow creation function part 12 for creating the model of the operation work flow on the basis of the operation information of component selection from the operation part 15 based on the information of the component displayed on the GUI screen, and for allowing the display part to display the created model of the operation work flow on the GUI screen; and a policy update function part 13 for, on the basis of the operation information of component edition from the operation part 15 based on the information of the model of the operation work flow displayed on the GUI screen, updating the related component extraction policy 17 about an edited component after component edition. |
