PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system capable of achieving efficient warming-up in a short time.SOLUTION: A circulation chamber 52 of a circulation fuel tank 22 is provided with a latent heat storage material (overcooled heat storage material) 54 and a core creation actuator 55 connected to the latent heat storage material 54. In a cold state, the core creation actuator 55 is placed in operation so as to create a solid-phase core in the latent heat storage material 54 in an overcooled state, and the latent heat storage material 54 can be caused to transit from a liquid phase to a solid phase. Through the phase transition, the latent heat storage material 54 radiates latent heat, which warms up a liquid fuel stored in the circulation fuel tank 22. Consequently, the need for self-heating of the liquid fuel battery 2 for warming-up can be eliminated or the time of self-heating can be shortened. |
