A reception device (100) is provided with: AGC circuits (103) which generate pieces of electric power information individually indicating the reception strength of respective reception signals generated from each of a plurality radio waves received at a plurality of places; stoppage detection circuits (105) which individually calculate the change amount, in a time direction, of the respective signal strengths indicated by the pieces of electric power information generated by the AGC circuits (103), and which individually detect whether the reception device (100) has stopped, on the basis of the respective calculated change amounts; and an autonomous stoppage determination circuit (106) which determines whether the reception device (100) has stopped, on the basis of a plurality of detection results from the stoppage detection circuits (105).
