A network switching method, device, and terminal. The method comprises: when the terminal accesses a first network, detecting whether a second network exists around the terminal, to obtain a first detection result (11); when the first detection result indicates that there is the second network, register with the second network (12); when the registration with the second network succeeds, detecting whether the terminal meets a switch condition under which the terminal is switched from the first network to the second network, to obtain a second detection result (13); and when the second detection result indicates that the terminal meets the switch condition, switching the mobile terminal from the first network to the second network (14).
