The present invention relates to beverage including hot water extract or ethanol extract of a mixture comprising 55 weight% of fermented mulberry leaves, 10 weight% of dried lotus leaves, 10 weight% of dried asian plantain, 10 weight% of dried loquat leaves, 7 weight% of dried balsam apple, 4 weight% of dried yam, and 4 weight% of dried Codonopsis lanceolata. The beverage according to the present invention has an excellent taste so that anyone is able to easily drink, which enables to utilize the physiological activity which mulberry leaves and medicinal herbs have, such as the anti-oxidation effect, the anti-diabetic effect, etc. without rejection. |
