The invention relates to a device and a method for security assistance in the 3D monitoring of objects of interest. A risk propagation module according to the invention allows cognate links to be created between the analysed tracks, during interaction or in the event of disappearance/reappearance of tracks, thereby reducing the highest risks to each related track.
