PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimension inspection apparatus capable of inspecting dimensions of an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical object which has thin wall thickness and is easily deformed in a short time and highly accurately.SOLUTION: There is provided a dimension inspection apparatus 1 which inspects dimensions of an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical object 20. The apparatus comprises: a nozzle for measurement 2 that can be inserted into an inner periphery of the cylindrical object 20, has an outer peripheral surface corresponding to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical object 20, and in which an air flow passage is provided therein, and air outlet ports 3 communicating with the air flow passage are provided on the outer peripheral surface; a regulator which regulates the pressure of compressed air supplied from an air pressure source; and air flow rate detecting means 12 for detecting the flow rate of the air which is regulated by the regulator and blown out from the air outlet ports 3 onto the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical object 20. Six or more of the air outlet ports 3 are separately arranged on the same circumference of an outer periphery of the nozzle for measurement 2.
