PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption patch containing nalfurafine, which can suppress decomposition of nalfurafine in an adhesion layer.SOLUTION: A percutaneous absorption patch containing nalfurafine is a patch including a base material and an adhesion layer on one of faces of the base material, and the adhesion layer contains an adhesion base, a tackifier resin, a drug-solubilizer and nalfurafine. The patch can suppress decomposition of nalfurafine in the adhesion layer by containing 5-40 mass% of an alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin or a terpene polymer as the tackifier resin against the total weight of the adhesion layer. |
