PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable supporting both the saving of electricity charge by air conditioner automatic control and the comfortable indoor environment under demand control over an air conditioner in seasons in which the air conditioner possibly performs both a cooling operation and a heating operation.SOLUTION: A server stores a demand control target electric power value in each site, and air conditioning control information. The air conditioning control information includes a heating target temperature in an area constituting each site, a cooling target temperature higher than the heating target temperature, and lower limit temperatures and upper limit temperatures for the respective target temperatures. A depot terminal transmits a control command to turn off an air conditioner to an air conditioning control device if a power consumption value in each site does not exceed the demand control target electric power value, a temperature measured in the area is equal to or higher than a first target temperature and equal to or lower than a second target temperature. |
