REMOVAL OF PARSING DEPENDENCY FOR ILLUMINATION COMPENSATION

摘要

In this proposal, a method to remove the parsing dependency for illumination compensation (IC) in 3D HEVC is proposed. For a slice with both inter-view and inter-time references in the reference list, two modifications are applied to overcome the parsing dependency problem. Experimental results reveal that the proposed method provides the similar coding performance compared with the anchor.
