The present invention relates to a device for supporting tongues to more efficiently prevent the tongues positioned in the front of the structure of a variety of sports shoes from hanging down. That is, the present invention installs a supporting band (5) of a flexible soft resin material on the upper side of the tongue (3) of the shoe (1) in such a manner that one side of the supporting band (5) is fixed and the other side thereof is movably attached in a sliding manner, thereby more effectively preventing the tongue (3) from hanging down when a user takes off the shoe (1). Thus, the present invention has an advantageous effect of significantly improving the convenience of wearing the shoes.
