Provided are a method, device and system for balancing the load among wireless networks, which relate to the field of communications and are used for balancing the load of different wireless networks, thereby improving the utilization rate of network resources and improving the total throughput of data transmission. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention comprises: a terminal receiving a switching judgement condition sent by a second network, generating switching information corresponding to the switching judgement condition, and being switched from a first network to the second network under the condition where the switching information satisfies the switching judgement condition.
