PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device such that a jam processing operation can be performed more easily and complexity of a configuration for improving operability in jam processing can be avoided.SOLUTION: A recording device includes a device body and a unit body which is configured to form a medium conveyance path, and detachable from the device body, and the unit body includes a feed roller which conveys a medium, and a driven transmission part which is connected to a driving transmission part transmitting driving force of a device body side and transmits the driving force of the driving transmission part to the feed roller. The unit body can be displaced between a first position where the driven transmission part connects with the driving transmission part while the unit body is mounted on the device body and a second position where the driven transmission part separates from the driving transmission part, and the unit body includes a driven roller, and is nipped by the feed roller and driven roller to draw out the medium which partially projects from the unit body, so that the unit body held at the first position moves to the second position. |
