PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web questionnaire system which can secure answer precision to a questionnaire and is easily operated almost without requiring equipment burden on a monitor side, and to provide a computer program for the web questionnaire system.SOLUTION: A client device includes an image input part and image input control means. The client device further includes posture determination means for determining whether the position of the face of a questionnaire respondent is proper according to a face image of the respondent obtained by the image input control means, and arousal level analysis means for outputting arousal level data showing an arousal level of the questionnaire respondent on the basis of a moving image obtained by imaging the expression of the questionnaire respondent. The client device transmits data including a questionnaire answer added with data on the arousal level of the respondent as questionnaire result data to a questionnaire server device.
