A main component of the fine particles 2 is a conductive metal. A typical metal is silver. The metal has a single-crystal structure. The arithmetic average roughness Ra of the surface of the fine particles 2 is 10 nm or less. A conductive paste is obtained by mixing the fine particles 2, a solvent, a binder, a dispersant, and the like. With the conductive paste, a pattern for connecting elements is printed on a printed circuit board of an electronic device.</p> |
