<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition in which while HTHS viscosity at 150°C is maintained, a kinematic viscosity at 40°C, a kinematic viscosity at 100°C, and the HTHS viscosity at 100°C are satisfactorily lowered, and rising of a coefficient of friction of a boundary lubrication region can be satisfactorily suppressed, and a fuel consumption saving property is excellent.SOLUTION: A lubricant composition includes: a lubricant base oil in which a kinematic viscosity at 100°C is 1-20 mm/s; (A) a friction modifier; (B) a first overbasic metal salt in which an oil-soluble metal salt is subjected to overbasic making by an alkaline earth metal borate; and (C) a second oil-soluble metal salt in which an oil-soluble metal salt is subjected to overbasic making by an alkaline earth metal carbonate.</p> |
