<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make maintenance work to coating heads easy by an operator positioned around a rack in a paste coating apparatus having the plurality of coating heads on a column provided on the rack.SOLUTION: In a paste coating apparatus, paste discharged from a nozzle of each coating head 20 is applied to a substrate 1 on a substrate stage 12 while each coating head 20 is subjected to movement control in an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction with respect to the substrate stage 12. In the paste coating apparatus, a guide rail 18 of a column 13 is extended such that all the coating heads 20 can move up to the outside of the substrate stage 12 with respect to the X-axis direction.</p> |
