<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image output device, a moving image output method, and a program which can output a moving image.SOLUTION: A moving image output device includes: a memory (108) which stores a main reel provided with a first slide area that stores a plurality of commands related to drawing of an image element every time series and successively stores commands at a prescribed time of day among the plurality of commands in the first slide area; and a moving image output unit (110) for outputting moving images by the image element according to the commands stored in the memory (108). The plurality of commands in the first slide area include call commands of a sub-reel provided with a second slide area that stores a plurality of commands to a prescribed image element every time series. The memory (108) successively stores commands at a prescribed time of day among the plurality of commands in the second slide area.</p> |
