<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transducer device which can effectively inhibit ultrasonic waves reflected from a backing material.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transducer device comprises: a vibrating membrane 24 arranged on a first surface of a substrate 44; a piezoelectric element 25 arranged on the vibrating membrane 24; a backing material 56 overlapped on a second surface on the side opposite to the first surface; first scattering structures 58a, 61a, 63a which are formed on a surface at a position overlapping the vibrating membrane 24 in a projection view from a thickness direction of the substrate 44 and have first scattering power; second scattering structures 58b, 61b, 63b which are formed on the surface at a position outside the vibrating membrane 24 in a projection view from the thickness direction of the substrate 44 and have second scattering power larger than the first scattering power.</p> |
