The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus by which user equipment records and reports measurement information related to a scheduling request and subscription traffic limitation in a wireless communication system. More particularly, a method by which user equipment transmits a scheduling request in a wireless communication system, according to the present invention, comprises: a receiving step for receiving, from a base station, configuration information on scheduling request transmission-related information; a scheduling request transmitting step for transmitting the scheduling request to the base station, when there is data to be transmitted; a recording step for retransmitting the scheduling request to the base station and recording the scheduling request transmission-related information, when scheduling information is not received from the base station within a specific amount of time; and a scheduling request transmission-related information transmitting step for transmitting the recorded scheduling request transmission-related information to the base station according to the scheduling information, when the scheduling information is received from the base station. |
