A disclosed battery unit includes a case which receives an electrode assembly and has an opening, a cap plate which covers the opening and has a terminal insertion part which penetrates upwards, a terminal member which is inserted into the case through the terminal insertion part to electrically expose the electrode assembly to the outside of the case, and has a current collection part electrically connected to the electrode assembly, a terminal part exposing the cap plate to the outside, and a connection part connected to the current collection part and the terminal part, and a fixing member which is located in the terminal insertion part and fixes the terminal member to the cap plate, and is formed by an insert injection method which injects a plastic resin to the terminal insertion part when the terminal member is inserted into the terminal insertion part. |
