The present invention relates to a management device for an electric pole attachment, and more particularly, to a management device for an electric pole attachment, which transmits management related data of the electric pole attachment installed at a utility pole to a management server. The management device for the electric pole attachment according to the present invention includes: a vibration sensor detecting external vibration; a first vibration detection means determining whether a vibration signal detected from the vibration sensor is an artificial vibration; and a first communications unit transmitting data on whether the artificial vibration occurs to the management server. According to the present invention, if it is unclear to determine artificial vibration or it is determined as artificial vibration, by capturing an image of the electric pole attachment through a capturing unit, an illegal electric pole attachment may be determined clearly and evidence of illegal installation may be collected. |
