PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report method for a terminal buffer state report, a method for acquiring the buffer state report at a base station, and a related terminal, base station, and communication system.SOLUTION: Provided is a terminal, the terminal including: a first table indicating a data amount section in a buffer of the terminal; at least one second table indicating the data amount section in the buffer of the terminal, but having a maximum data amount larger than a maximum data amount of the first table; a table selection unit for selecting one table from among the first table and the at least one second table; an index determination unit for determining, on the basis of the data amount in the buffer of the terminal, an index from the one table selected by the table selection unit; and an index transmission unit for transmitting the index to a base station. |
