Provided is a bone connector which, although being one instrument, has a wide range of selectable securing positions and securing methods in a reduction operation, is able to firmly secure an affected part, and reduces an uncomfortable feeling and the like in the affected part after the operation. A bone connector (D1) is an instrument for securing and reducing bone fragments when the olecranon side of an ulna is broken, and is provided with an intramedullary nail (1) that is inserted into the ulna (3), an end plate (2a) that is attached to the outer surface on the olecranon (31) side of the ulna, and a screw (N1) for screwing the end plate to the intramedullary nail. Screws (S) are used in combination with the bone connector (D1), for example, in order to secure the inserted intramedullary nail (1) to the ulna (3). The intramedullary nail (1) that is a round bar body with a tapered leading end and has a thickness allowed to get into the medullary cavity of the ulna and a required length is provided with a screw hole (111) formed in a base end surface (101), long holes (114, 115) formed near the base end side with respect to the center portion of a peripheral surface (102), and round holes (112, 113, 116 to 118) formed at required portions between the tip side and the base end side of the peripheral surface (102). |
