<p>The present invention relates to a high frequency heat treatment device for minimizing the deformation of ring gear teeth and, more specifically, to a high frequency heat treatment device for minimizing the size change of gear teeth formed on the surface of a ring gear during high-frequency induction heating of the ring gear. The high frequency heat treatment device for minimizing the deformation of ring gear teeth comprises: a rotatable pressing member (10) having a cylindrical shape, and vertically moved by an upper cylinder (12) to press the ring gear (1) from the upper part; a ring-shaped induction coil (20) for performing heat treatment in the gear side of the ring gear (1) with power received from a high frequency induction heating facility; a rotary gear (50) rotated by the rotation of a rotation motor (52); a rotatable rotary drum (40) vertically moved by a lower cylinder (46) to move the ring gear to the center of the induction coil, and having a gear (44) formed on the outer surface to be rotated by being meshed with the rotary gear; a fixed plate (30) on which the ring gear is mounted, and having a circular hole (31) formed at the center to pass the rotary drum (40); and a cooling water supply pipe (22) for supplying cooling water for cooling the induction coil and the pressing member.</p> |
