Disclosed is a magnetic contactor. According to embodiments of the present invention, noise during an operation and power consumption are reduced. According to embodiments of the present invention, vibration generated in an on-operation of the magnetic contactor is prevented and noise caused by the vibration is reduced by rectifying an AC signal into a DC signal and driving the magnetic contactor. Further, according to embodiments of the present invention, power consumption is reduced by classifying an initial operation and a normal operation in order to make a current flow. According to embodiments, the magnetic contactor comprises a permanent magnet driving a core by interacting with magnetic force of a coil and a rectifier circuit converting alternating current into direct current by being installed at an inlet section of the coil. Therefore, power consumption in an operation can be reduced by reducing the amount of the coil as much as the magnetic force caused by the permanent magnet. |
