<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for a user in an information display device. <P>SOLUTION: In an information communication terminal as one example of an information display device, when a button 511 is operated in such a state that a picture 801 is displayed on a display, a picture on which content displayed by a variable display part of the picture 801 is shown in English is displayed on the display instead of the picture 801. Even on the picture, buttons 501 to 504 and 511 to 518 of a fixed display part are displayed in the same way as the picture 801.
