PURPOSE: A method for testing cornering fatigue of steel wheel is provided to improve the durability of a steel wheel according to the field condition and to prevent the cracking of jig and steel wheel by using a dapping plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing cornering fatigue of steel wheel is as follows. A wheel anchoring bolt is pressed in a jig(S10). The jig clinches the steel wheel on a load arm. The load arm is combined in the lower part of the jig(S20). A damping plate of flat pattern is united with the upper side of the jig(S30). The wheel fixed surface of a steel wheel is positioned on the upper side of the damping plate. The steel wheel is jointed on the upper side of the damping plate by using the wheel anchoring bolt(S40). The flange part of the steel wheel is clinched by using a clamp(S50). The bending moment of the steel wheel is tested by rotating the steel wheel after giving a fixed amount of load to the load arm(S60). |
