<p>THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A TENSIONER. THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A WIRE TENSIONING APPARATUS COMPRISING: A BODY (110) INCLUDING ONE OR MORE ROD BORES (111) AXIALLY DEFINED THEREIN; ONE OR MORE RODS (210) FORMED TO HAVE A PREDETERMINED LENGTH AND CONFIGURED TO BE INSERTED AT ONE END SIDES THEREOF INTO THE ROD BORES (111) SO AS TO ALLOW THE RODS (210) TO BE DISPLACED AXIALLY ALONG THE ROD BORES (111); A WIRE ENGAGEMENT UNIT (300) ENGAGED TO THE OTHER ENDS OF THE RODS (210) AND CONFIGURED TO BE DISPLACED AXIALLY BY THE AXIAL DISPLACEMENT OF THE RODS (210); A PRESSURE-SUPPORTING UNIT (400) COMPRISING ONE OR MORE SUPPORT BARS (420) FORMED TO HAVE A PREDETERMINED LENGTH AND CONNECTED AT ONE ENDS THEREOF TO THE BODY (110), A PRESSURE PLATE ENGAGED (430) ENGAGED TO THE OTHER ENDS OF THE SUPPORT BARS (420), AND ONE OR MORE FIXING PINS (432) ENGAGED TO THE PRESSURE PLATE (430) TO ALLOW THE WIRE ENGAGEMENT UNIT (300) TO BE DISENGAGED FROM OR ENGAGED WITH THE PRESSURE-SUPPORTING UNIT (400); A FLUID CONTROL UNIT (500) COMPRISING ONE OR MORE PIPES (510) DISPOSED AT THE OTHER END SIDE OF THE BODY (110) AND CONNECTED RESPECTIVELY AT ONE ENDS THEREOF TO THE ROD BORES (111), ONE OR MORE FLOW CHANNELS (521) CONNECTED TO THE OTHER ENDS OF THE PIPES (510) IN SUCH A FASHION AS TO FLUIDICALLY COMMUNICATE WITH THE INTERIOR OF THE PIPES (510), A FLUID BLOCK (520) HAVING ONE OR MORE FLOW CHANNEL HOLES (522) FORMED THEREIN SO AS TO BE CORRESPONDINGLY CONNECTED TO THE FLOW CHANNELS (521), AND ONE OR MORE VALVES (530) EACH ENGAGED TO EACH OF THE FLOW CHANNELS (521) TO SELECTIVELY INTERRUPT THE FLOW CHANNELS (521).
