The electric quantity meter in insulated conductor according to the present invention is provided with a current detector and a voltage contact sensor with a pricker. Further, it consists of a meter body (1), which comprises electronics for conversion of the detected quantities wherein the meter body (1) is provided with at least one terminal board (2). The meter body (1) comes to a hook (3) intended for encompassing a conductor (4). A thrust bolt (6) for pressing the conductor (4) to the hook (3) bend passes through the meter body (1). A flexible loop (7) of the current detector for encompassing the conductor (4) projects from the meter body (1) wherein said flexible loop (7) is connected to the meter body (1) at least at its one end in removable manner. A bolt (9) of the voltage contact sensor provided with the pricker (10) for breaking the conductor (4) insulation passes through said hollow thrust bolt (6).
