摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a medical intervention apparatus, which includes: a bottom gripper having a guide groove inserted with a needle to perform an intervention; a top gripper to move the needle inserted into the bottom gripper; a body installed to be stacked with the bottom gripper and the top gripper in order for the top gripper to be located on the upper side of the bottom gripper such that the top gripper and the bottom gripper are vertically stacked and arranged; and an elevation part to make the top gripper descend in order for the needle inserted into the bottom gripper descend along the guide groove. The top gripper includes: a first reference grip tool to contact one side of the needle; a first movement grip tool to contact the other side of the needle; and a first interval control tool moving the first movement grip tool using a rack gear and a pinion gear. According to the present invention, the medical intervention apparatus can control the movement distance of the first movement grip tool more precisely and accurately by realizing to move the first movement grip tool using the pinion gear and the rack gear, and can also reduce the manufacturing costs since it is able to be made in a compact size, and can protect a medical staff from radiation exposure by making the medical staff be separated and located remotely from the radiation generated from a radiation tomography equipment when the intervention is performed.</p>
