The present invention relates to a portable dispenser spraying mouthwash, which comprises: a main body storing the mouthwash; a push switch installed on the top end of the main body and having a flow path insertion unit at a side thereof; and a nozzle unit fitted into the flow path insertion unit to be removable, and including a flow path unit having a flow path, through which the mouthwash moves, communicating with a cleansing nozzle unit and a spraying nozzle unit. The mouthwash passes the flow path insertion unit and the flow path unit in sequence according to an operation of the push switch and is sprayed through the cleansing nozzle unit or the spraying nozzle unit. Therefore, a strong cleaning effect can be obtained by a water jet-type spray of the mouthwash and a remarkable effect of eliminating bad breath in a mouth can be obtained by an atomized spray of the mouthwash.
