The present invention relates to a coffee machine having an improved structure to accurately measure the pressure of water which is supplied to a cap containing coffee beans in a coffee extraction process. The coffee machine according to the present invention comprises: a storage tank in which water is stored; a pump compressing the water stored in the storage tank under a high pressure; a heater heating the water which has been compressed; a head to which the cap containing coffee beans is attachably/detachably coupled, and which has an inlet, a flow passage, an outlet, and a discharge portion; and a pressure gauge measuring the pressure of the water flowing in the head. With regard to the head, the high-pressure and high-temperature water which has been compressed and heated flows into the inlet. The flow passage communicates with the inlet, and the high-pressure and high-temperature water flows through the flow passage. The outlet communicates with the flow passage, and the high-pressure and high-temperature water is discharged through the outlet. The discharge portion communicates with the flow passage and sprays the high-pressure and high-temperature water to the coffee beans contained in the cap. |
